What do we mean by toxic load? Things can be toxic to us when we have too much of something and somethings are just pure toxic and should never be anywhere near humans. Reduce your exposure to things that do not serve your body or you mind.
There are certain things that can overload our bodies and cause toxicity when taken too much of, such as poor quality food, certain types of food (gluten/dairy), not enough quality sleep, being in a constant state of stress, not having the right support around you, not moving our bodies, not getting enough light/sunshine, not being in nature enough/feeling the earth and connecting with your surroundings. These may be some things we are doing incorrectly causing toxicity in the body, which can be amended/changed to start serving our mind and our bodies in a positive way.

Then there is the toxic load we breathe in and put on our bodies, which some we can only lessen and others we can remove completely. This would be things we put on our bodies and in our homes such as lotions, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, make-up, nail varnish, sanitary products, perfume, washing detergent, cleaning products, candles, air freshners etc. These play havoc on our bodily functions and have a negative impact on our hormones (men and women) We can change this by making some simple tweaks to the products we use and reducing what we put on bodies or use more natural products.

The body is amazing for trying to bring itself back to homeostasis, always trying to remove toxins and function at its optimal. The more toxic load we put on our bodies the harder this becomes and the more we will find our systems breaking down causing inflammation and disease.
We can heal ourselves with addressing the previous areas and we can also reduce toxicity even more by trying to use natural products. Our skin is the biggest organ of the body, anything we put on our skin will then go in to the body.
A lot of toxins are known as xenoestrogens, these are things that act as synthetic estrogen in the body, for women this can cause havoc to your menstrual cycle, and is also related to the cause of PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome), endometriosis among other issues caused by hormone in-balance, as well as a driver for cancers, especially breast. Guys, these are what cause men to have moobs, lower testosterone and a more feminine shape (beer is the worst offender) If your morphing into a womanly shape then you really need to address your diet and toxic load.
Things we can remove / replace to reduce toxicity:
- All processed & convenience foods, alcohol, sugar, artificial sweeteners, table salt, fructose, glucose syrups, msg.
- Toothpaste (Fluoride is a neurotoxin, and should not be anywhere near or in the body – use fluoride and glycerin free toothpaste – Dimples is a new toothpaste that has hydroxyapatite (link has other brands with this in) this is what the enamel of our teeth/bones are made of so super important to have this in your toothpaste to replenish. - Deodorant (I don’t use it, once you give your body what it needs you don’t sweat out stinky toxins as there are none in you – cosy cottage and Wild have balms/deodorant sticks)
- Face / body lotion (use good quality essential oils – Tisserand and DoTERRA)
- Make-up (you don’t need it you are beautiful, guys you’re handsome too)
- Shampoo / conditioner (go for bars – I use Cosy Cottage/ Wild )
- Shower gel (same as above, I use bars -Cosy Cottage/Wild)
- Hair styling products – (I don’t use any)
- Suntan lotion (I don’t use it -I expose my skin gradually to the sun and cover up in the heat of the day) there are some that have safe ingredients within – I do not use it so have no alternative to recommend as yet – the site Healf may have some on.
- Cleaning Products (I use white vinegar and lemon juice and/or essential oils mixed)
- Washing detergent – (I use soda crystals and white vinegar in the drawers – leaves them super fresh and clean)
- Candles (I don’t use them – I use essential oil mists or joss sticks)
- Air Fresheners (I don’t use them – essential oil mists are better – be careful if you have pets as they can be hypersensitive to these – they are sensitive to the other crap too)
- Nail polish (I don’t use it – your nails are living breathing organisms, covering them in chemical laden goo is not helpful)
- Hair dye (I don’t use it, again it is chemicals on the head going straight in to the brain, grey hair is in now anyway……)
- Medication – All medications have to be processed through the liver, putting it under immense pressure to remove the toxic substances. Medication should be a last resort after you have addressed diet/lifestyle/stress/toxic load. Most things can be rectified by addressing these things. All painkillers (paracetamol/Ibuprofen) and antibiotics seriously damage the gut microbiome and cause lasting effects. Try not to pop these tablets like smarties as they are harmful, always take probiotics and prebiotics with these to mop up the mess they leave. If you suffer a lot of headaches/infection/pain – always, always address diet/lifestyle first.
- Vaccines – the apparent sacred cow, do you know what is in any of these? They have a very heavy toxic load and there are so many of them now on the adult and children vaccine schedule (did someone say follow the money). Look back over the years when vaccines were introduced and you will see that improved diet/nutrition/ sanitation caused these diseases to drop not the vaccines. Coincidentally (there are no such things as coincidences) since the rise in childhood vaccines there has been a rise in allergies, asthma, eczema, ADHD, autism, sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) to name but a few. For adults the same has happened, the more vaccines we have, the more we see an increase in heart issues, alzheimer’s, dementia, auto immune dysfunctions to name a few. Toxic vaccines, polluted environments and processed food will also increase childhood diseases. Boys & girls are born strong and resilient with an amazing immune system, I would strongly advise all parents to look in to the safety data/how the clinical trials are performed and read up about what is in these vaccines before putting them in your child. I highly recommend reading Turtles all the way down and looking up the Children’s Health Defense and Us for them websites, there are many others. This also applies to the flu vaccine, which are absolutely not needed and are to be changed to the MRNA jab technologies, which is worrying. It is all about choice and your right to decide, but I do urge you to understand more about what is in these, if you were to ask the Dr/Nurse administering these, would they be able to tell you? Don’t we study the back of a food packet and scrutinise its contents to check it’s safety but somehow we do not do this when it comes to putting stuff directly into our bodies. Everyday for me is a school day and I keep my mind open to new information coming out, then I decide what I feel is safe for me, as should you.
- Some of the preservatives in vaccines:
- Aluminium (toxic to the body – also present in cooking products/deodorant)
- Antibiotics (harmful to the gut, newborn babies gut microbiome is being affected by overload of antibiotics from all the vaccines)
- Egg protein (can cause an allergic reaction to eggs when introduced in to the boy/girls diet)
- Formaldehyde (Highly toxic – causes irritation to eyes/nose/throat – classed as a carcinogen)
- Mercury (Sensory peripheral neuropathy is common, and central nervous system effects include personality changes, irritability, fatigue, tremor (usually intention tremor), difficulties with memory and concentration, sleep disturbances. This substance is highly toxic to humans, it should not be anywhere near us.
- Monosodium Glutamate – MSG (reported adverse effects – headache/palpitations/nausea/obesity – added to food to enhance flavour.
- Some of the preservatives in vaccines:
- MRNA Jabs – if you look up any studies that have been completed on these MRNA (COVID) jabs none of them have shown to be safe and effective. When they were rolled out in 2020 (they were being called vaccines which they are not they are experimental modified RNA jabs) no one was told that we were the clinical trial, there was no safety data, there was no proof that they were safe and effective (drugs can and should take at least 10 years to come to market after going through rigorous testing). If you look at the death rates from 2018 -2023 you will see a spike in death rates since the jabs have been rolled out, higher than during the supposed pandemic. Please, please, please look at the data coming out on these and the discussions being had, even those that were trying to cover the negativity of having these jabs are starting to confirm some of the issues we are seeing. The Government’s own data shows the problems coming out from these. I do remember as may you whenever you would go to see the Dr and you had a cough/cold – they would say it is a viral (virus) infection rest up and come back if it gets worse……. what was the difference in 2020? Viruses will not kill their host as they cannot spread, with most respiratory illnesses it is the secondary bacterial infection that can cause death not the virus itself and these are generally only seen in the very elderly and people with multiple comorbidities. I would encourage you to look in to these and have more of an understanding, which will hopefully lead you to the decision to not have anymore. Your body, your choice. Now that the Pfizer data has been released (they wanted to keep it hidden for 70 years, that should send alarm bells ringing) it has shown that these jabs are very harmful and can cause a lot of side effects being –

- COVID
- Lowered immune system (making colds/flu harder to get over – causing fluid on the lungs)
- Pneumonia
- Myocarditis
- Heart attacks/ strokes
- Turbo cancers
- Miscarriages/early onset of menopause, menstrual disruption (heavy bleeding/bleeding after being in menopause)
- Autoimmune diseases – to name just a few.

- I am not sharing this to worry you, I want to empower you and educate you – please do your own research do not just trust my word, never believe anyone’s word no matter how many letters they have after their name. Unfortunately the medical world has become a big money spinner influenced by the pharmaceutical companies (big pharma fund their own studies, only release what data makes the drug look good and buys Drs/Scientists off to push the drug) – follow the money, see the corruption. If we are healthy we are not good for business.

The recommendations on products are from what I have used or have had positive experiences with (I do not have shares in any………), there are many out there you just have to be savvy as they can sneak in nasties without you realising. Price is normally a good indicator – but again baby steps so focus on changing one step at a time – diet being the first.
