What is a Menopause Wellness Coach?
I’m here to support women in peri-menopause, to help you understand your hormones, how to make sure they are working with you and not against you and to give you the tools and knowledge you need to get your body back in to balance to feel like you again.
Why are you here?
You just don’t feel like you anymore. Things are changing and you are not sure why. You are battling with brain fog, low energy, low or erratic moods, weight gain/loss, nothing you do seems to be working and you feel like a bag of ……….. Maybe you have been to your GP and they haven’t been able to help you, you just need the know how to get you back to feeling like you again.

The reason behind this is that nothing you’ve tried seems sustainable. They’re all quick fixes, instructing you on what to do but failing to explain how and why it works. Our bodies are incredibly complex, and our brains often attempt to override our inherent knowledge and intuition. All women go through menopause there is no side stepping it, we are going in to it already frazzled and exhausted, we need to give our bodies what it needs to handle these very natural changes
It’s time to return to our roots and adopt a lifestyle that nurtures our mind, body, and soul.

Have you been around and round, hoping from one new fad to another but have never quite got it right, or find yourself falling back in to old habits?
Do not blame yourself for this, the advice and guidance was not right for you. As a woman you have to understand more than calories in and out, it is a lie and does not sustain changes, it can’t it does not give you what you need. Low fat…….. rubbish, we need fat for every part of our bodies especially our hormones, and that needs to be the right fats.
What we need to focus on here is understanding our cycles, our hormones, which ones come in and when, how they are made, what we need to stabalise them, we also need to understand blood sugar levels and how to balance them.

Not at all, once you have the tools and the know how it is super easy. what we put in and on our bodies has a major part to play and that is something we can control. Movement is a must, sleep (which can be worked on if you are struggling with this) and stress, must all be working in harmony most of the time for you to feel energised.
Without these things in balance you will have brain fog, sluggishness, sugar cravings, mood swings, uncomfortable periods, bad skin, excess weight…….
