About me

Hormonal transition is not decline.

I am completing advanced training in peri-menopause and menopause lifestyle and nutrition coaching, specialising in structured frameworks that support hormonal balance through nutrition, exercise, stress management and restorative sleep.

My work also helps women better understand their options within the medical system, alongside evidence-informed lifestyle approaches that can support wellbeing during this stage of life.

The Programme

Every woman’s experience of peri-menopause and menopause is different, which is why this programme focuses on understanding your individual physiology, lifestyle and health history.

The work always begins with the foundations of wellbeing:

  • Nutrition

  • Blood sugar stability

  • Stress regulation

  • Sleep quality

  • Movement

These five pillars have a profound influence on hormonal balance, energy and metabolic health.

One of the first priorities is stabilising blood sugar levels. Blood sugar fluctuations can contribute to fatigue, mood changes, cravings, disrupted sleep and weight gain, and they are often influenced by nutrition, stress load, sleep patterns and activity levels.

For this reason, nutrition is usually the first area we begin to adapt. Together we review current eating patterns and make gradual adjustments designed to support blood sugar stability and nutrient intake. Where appropriate, we may explore removing common dietary triggers or potential allergens and then work through a structured hierarchy of changes if further improvements are needed.

This is not about sudden or extreme changes.
It is a process.

We work step by step, introducing manageable adjustments that can be sustained in real life.

Alongside lifestyle strategies, coaching techniques are used to explore the deeper factors that influence health behaviours. Through guided conversation we look at the “what” and the “why” behind how you are currently feeling, helping you reconnect with your own motivation, values and goals.

The intention is not to impose solutions, but to draw out the answers that already exist within you and support you in building a sustainable way of living that works for your body, your life and where you are in your hormonal journey.

Peri-menopause and menopause often highlight areas of life that are no longer serving us in the way they once did. Hormonal changes can reveal imbalances in nutrition, stress, sleep or lifestyle patterns that may previously have gone unnoticed. Major life events or periods of sustained stress can have a similar effect.

With the right understanding and support, it is possible to restore balance and move back towards wellbeing.

This programme is therefore both a coaching process and an educational journey. It provides knowledge, structure and guidance so that you can better understand what is happening within your body and feel confident making informed choices about your health.

1. Discovery Call

A short introductory conversation where we discuss your current symptoms, goals and what you would like to improve.

This call allows us to determine whether the programme is the right fit for you and gives you the opportunity to ask any questions before moving forward.

2. Foundation Consultation

Our work begins with a comprehensive 90-minute consultation.

During this session we explore your health history, current symptoms, nutrition patterns, sleep, stress levels, movement habits and lifestyle factors that may be influencing hormonal balance.

This allows us to build a clear picture of where your body may need support.

3. Personalised Strategy

Following the consultation you will receive a structured framework outlining the first steps we will take together.

The programme always begins with the core foundations of health:

• Nutrition

Small, manageable adjustments are introduced gradually so that change feels achievable and sustainable.

4. Coaching & Implementation

I am currently completing advanced professional training with the College of Functional Wellness in menopause lifestyle and nutrition coaching.
