Hormone & Menopause Wellbeing

“Feel like yourself again — naturally, confidently, and in control of your hormones”

Supporting women through fatigue, mood swings, gut issues, weight changes, and menopause — by understanding the root cause, not just the symptoms.

Does this sound familiar?

There may be many reasons why you may not be feeling yourself, but it is always within your power to change this and get back on track.

If you are feeling any of the following, it may mean that your systems are not working in harmony. We always want to look at blood sugars, sex hormones, stress hormones, the victims of these being unbalanced would be digestive system and the immune system. The best way to course correct is through lifestyle, nutrition, stress and understanding.

A whole-body approach to hormone health

We look at how everything connects:

  • Nutrition & nourishment
  • Stress & nervous system
  • Gut & digestion
  • Blood sugar balance
  • Immune health
  • Lifestyle habits
  • Toxin & xenoestrogen exposure

“Because hormones don’t work in isolation — they respond to how you live.”

Through structured conversation, education and practical strategy, we identify what is happening in your body, where your energy is being depleted, and how to rebuild strength in a sustainable way.

You are not “fixed.”
You are supported to understand, adapt and regain control.

You are educated so you can make informed decisions and understand the processes your body goes through daily, weekly, monthly.

You are empowered so you can navigate life with the right tools and knowledge.

You are strengthened in both body and mind.

Training and Professional Development

I am currently completing advanced professional training with the College of Functional Wellness in menopause lifestyle and nutrition coaching.

This internationally accredited menopause practitioner course brings together current research in areas including

This nutritional therapy qualification is designed to equip practitioners with the knowledge and confidence to support women experiencing peri-menopause and menopause symptoms through evidence-informed lifestyle and coaching approaches.

Why Women Work With Me

Women often arrive feeling confused, frustrated or unheard.

Unbalanced hormones and menopause can bring physical and emotional changes that are difficult to interpret, and many women find that clear, practical guidance is not always easy to access.

My work is centred around helping women better understand what is happening in their bodies and how lifestyle, nutrition, stress, sleep and movement influence hormonal health.

The approach combines structured lifestyle strategies with coaching conversations that allow us to explore the underlying factors contributing to how you are feeling.

Together we build a framework that supports you in making informed, sustainable changes.

This is not about quick fixes or restrictive protocols.

It is about understanding your physiology, working with your body rather than against it, and developing habits that support long-term wellbeing.

Many women also value having a space where their experiences are listened to and taken seriously. Where appropriate, I help clients better understand the options available to them within the medical system, so they feel more confident asking questions and navigating conversations about their health.

The Private Members model allows me to work with a limited number of women at any one time, ensuring that each client receives personalised attention, thoughtful guidance and the time needed to support meaningful change.

The intention is not to create dependency on a coach, but to provide the knowledge, structure and support that allows you to move forward with greater understanding and confidence in your own health.
